What you receive

DotDog is downloadable desktop software for Windows 10/11 x64 and macOS 12 or later. The basic pet edition is free without a time limit. Games, appearance customization and helper features require a paid license.

A full license is a one-time purchase for one individual on up to three computers, with version 1.x updates included. No subscription. The price and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. International checkout, when enabled, is provided by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and is also subject to its checkout terms.

Delivery and activation

A DotDog license is delivered after verified payment through the receipt's license link and order lookup. Enter the key in DotDog Settings. Initial activation requires internet access. Your order number and purchase email allow license recovery. If delivery is delayed, contact support; do not make a duplicate payment.

Digital delivery and refunds

Checkout asks for your express request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of the refund conditions. Our voluntary refund policy provides a full refund within seven days of payment if never activated, or within 24 hours of first activation. Mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for defective or misdescribed software and any applicable withdrawal rights, are not excluded. Read the refund policy before purchasing.

Acceptable use

Except for the first handover of an unused Early Bird gift key described below, you may not share, resell or publicly distribute your key, bypass license checks or use the software in violation of applicable law. Keep your key private. DotDog is not affiliated with the providers of third-party AI tools.

Support and changes

Contact support@lnrgame.com about activation, delivery or product defects. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the product page. These terms do not remove protections afforded by mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Early Bird gift license

Wadiz Early Bird 1+1 includes two independent keys: one for you and one for a friend. You may give the unused gift key to one friend before its first activation. Each key is for one person on up to three computers. Sharing or reselling activated keys is prohibited. Cancellation or refund revokes both keys.
