License policy

Your paid license is for one person using up to three computers total across Windows and Mac. This also applies to Wadiz licenses. Supported systems are Windows 10/11 x64 and macOS 12+ (Apple Silicon and Intel). It covers DotDog version 1.x and its updates, with no recurring subscription charge.

Free and full editions

The free edition includes desktop pet reactions, petting, fetch, naming and friendship, with no expiration. The full edition adds games, appearance customization and helper features. Activating the key in the same app preserves the dog's name and friendship.

Activation and transfer

Open Settings → Enter license key. Initial activation needs internet. To move to another computer, deactivate the old computer in Settings first. If the old computer is unavailable, contact support@lnrgame.com with your order details.

Offline use and refunds

After activation, the app works offline and checks license status occasionally while online. Refunded, canceled or fraudulently obtained licenses can be revoked. Test checkout licenses cannot activate the app. Please keep your key private.

Early Bird gift license

Wadiz Early Bird 1+1 includes two independent keys: one for you and one for a friend. You may give the unused gift key to one friend before its first activation. Each key is for one person on up to three computers. Sharing or reselling activated keys is prohibited. Cancellation or refund revokes both keys.
